Thanks to everyone that made the 2015 FRIARS 3STAR CAMP a success at Xavier!

3Star Officiating has again agreed to partner with the FRIARS CLUB and will host a basketball officiating camp in conjuction with Coach Chris Mack's Xavier Team Camp in Cincinnati, Ohio. The camp will be held June 20th at Xavier University.

There will be assignors/supervisors in attendance from area High School & Men's and Women's Collegiate Leagues, The Men's City Gear/Deveroes League, & the Nike Midwest Showdown, as well as other high school & collegiate leagues throughout the Tri-State. This camp is open to any officals wanting to improve their 3-Person Mechanics.

A mandatory Camper Meeting will be held at TBA on Saturday, June 20, 2015 (TIME TBA).

NCAA Division I Men's Official with 27 years experience. Has worked in the Big 10, Big XII, Conference USA, Ohio Valley Sun Belt, SWAC, & Southland Conferences. Currently working in the MEAC & Atlantic 10 Conferences. Has worked the MEAC, Conference USA, & A10 Tournaments including 7 conference championship games. Jackie is also a constant mentor for many officials in the Cincinnati area.

Away from the court, Jackie enjoys spending time with his soon-to-be wife Sonja. He also loves enjoying life & photography.

*Thurman Leggs

NCAA Division I Women's Official who works in the Big East, American, MAC, Horizon, Atlantic Sun, and Ohio Valley Conferences. Thurman also works numerous NCAA Division II & III and NAIA conferences. A 20 year officiating veteran, he is no stranger to college conference tournaments, as well as the NCAA Division II Tournament, the NAIA Championships, and the Division III Women's Final Four.

In his spare time, he enjoys giving back to officiating in the Columbus area.

*Dwight McNeal

*Moe Kincaid

NCAA Division I Men's Official. Currently works in the Big 10 Consortium (Big 10, MAC, Summit Conferences), the MEAC as well as various Division II, Division III, and Junior College Conferences.

Off the court, Moe enjoys bowling and working out.

*Frank Bullock

OHSAA Tournament Official NCAA Men's Official working in the SIAC, KIAC, Heartland, NCAC among other regional conferences. Serves on Ohio Assn. of Basketball Officials Board & is involved with OHSAA/OABO training program. Frank also officiates NCAA Division I Football in the Missouri Valley Conference & has worked postseason. He also serves on the Ohio Assn. of Football Officials Board.

Frank enjoys golfing & traveling to Disney World with his wife in the offseason.

Bobby Sagers - Ohio High School Supervisor of Officials

John Meyer - Ohio High School Supervisor of Officials

Chuck Docken - Assistant to Bill Ek, Supervisor of Men's Basketball Officials for Elite Officiating

Evaluates and Develops officials for 9 collegiate conferences including NCAA Division II & III, NAIA, Junior College, and Regional College Conferences throughout the Midwest (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania). Also responsible for men's basketball assignments for the Junior College and Regional College Conferences.

As an official, Chuck's experience includes officiating at the Division II & III levels, with postseason assignments in the NCAA Division III Tournament 6 of the past 8 years, including working the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2008.

In the offseason, Chuck enjoys golfing.
